Manage your Company Account

To set up your Company account, you must pass the "Company" menu by clicking on your username at the top left.

Three tabs are available:

• Details: allows you to enter information about your Company and modify your logo.
• Users: management of users attached to the Company account
• Contract: list of active or historical contracts

User List

The list is that of users who have created their account on the Epsilon Platform, and who are linked to your Company account.

You can remove users from the Company account by clicking on the cross at the end of the line.

• Removed users will no longer have access to the Company account or attached subscription contracts.
• They will have to revalidate their email address the next time they use it. If they no longer have access to the Company email address, they will have to change it.
• They will have to select or create a new company the next time they connect to the Epsilon platform.

You can also change the main user ('administrator'). Only this person can modify certain options, and they receive emails related to the administration of the account.

Authorized emails

Upon registration, users using an email address that matches the format you specified in this section will automatically be able to join your company account.

You can use * to indicate any character, for example:

• jean-michel@my-company.com 
• *@my-company.com 
• *-paris@my-company.com 
• *@my-company.*

Add users

You cannot add users from your Company account. The users themselves need to join the account.

When creating their account, they will have to choose a company name. The system will propose them company names that already exist, according to the structure of their email.

If the user creates his account with an address corresponding to an authorized address (see above), he will be automatically attached to the company. Otherwise, your company's main account will receive an email asking them to accept or refuse the linking request.

NB: If the user already has an account on our platform, he must be removed from his company before being able to join another.

Here you will find the details of your different Epsilon contracts. The green lines correspond to valid contracts, the others being expired contracts.

Clicking on the characters icon at the end of the line will display the list of users with access to that contract. You will then have the option to remove (x icon) or add (+ icon)
